RETURNS PROCESS

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
  • We will gladly accept unused returns for items purchased through dmcfins.com.au within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Fins must be returned in a saleable condition, with original tags and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. We suggest using tracking when sending your package.
  • Only items purchased directly through dmcfins.com may be returned to our warehouse. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail partner.

We do not process exchanges. We do not issue return labels. We do not pay for return shipping.

In the meantime, we recommend for a quick turnaround, you go back online and re-order the correct size.

We do not return Soft Surf Helmets, Snorkels, Swim caps, or Goggles, for strict hygiene reasons. Please check product design and sizing carefully. Sizing instructions can be found on each SSH Model page.

BEFORE YOU LODGE A RETURN

All feet are very different, so fitting a foot into a fixed shape foot cavity of moulded flexible material is an inexact science. Whilst our fins do not correlate directly to shoe sizes as the construction of fins and shoes are very different, we do suggest a close-to shoe size as a secondary size guide.

Please note that each of our fin models has its own mould, so sizes may vary between models. Original training fin, Super Fin, Elite II and Repellor fins are a universal foot, meaning you can wear either fin on either foot, also giving you a wider foot cavity. Our Elite and Elite MAX are specific left and right foot fit. The sizing on our website is a 'Guide' only.

TEST YOUR FIN SIZE:

Sit on a chair, extend your legs, and flex your ankle/foot out. This is your swimming position. They are not a shoe so standing in them will not test the correct size.

FITTING YOUR FINS:

DMC fins are made of a silicone-based material which offers maximum comfort, and like most polymers, care is required when putting the fin on without overstretching the strap.

 Fitting your fins

Step 1: Push the fin as far onto the foot as possible before pulling the strap

Step 2: Lift the strap over the heel

Step 3: Adjust for comfort

RETURN YOUR FINS

If your fins still don't feel right, you can return your unused fins in their original packaging for a refund.

Please lodge your return on our Returns Authorisation page: http://returns.dmcfins.com.au/ Then jump online and reorder.

We do not process exchanges, however if you are in the neighbourhood of our Warriewood warehouse you can make an appointment for a non-contact swap. We do not pay for return shipping, or refund shipping https://dmcfins.com.au/policies/refund-policy
